Taylor’s & Company ‘Tuned Experience’ for Single Action Revolvers

Taylor’s & Company offers replica Old West firearms for competition and general shooting. The company recently expanded their single-action revolver tuning service to offer an out-of-the-box tuned experience for shooters who want the best trigger on their revolver.

This type of action job is especially popular with Cowboy Action Shooters but non-competitors will also notice the difference. At the 2018 SHOT Show I was able to compare a stock example of Taylor’s Gunfighter model with a tuned example of the same model. Although I was only able to dry-fire the guns, the difference in both pull weight and smoothness was immediately noticeable. Even outside of competition, the lighter and smoother trigger will improve the accuracy potential.
