Video: Swincar is an All-New Kind of ATV

Wow.

This small all-terrain vehicle is pretty cool. All four wheels articulate in ways that are pretty hard to imagine for most of us. The seat area stays more or less plumb in many situations where you’d never expect it–like when crossing a ditch or driving along the side of a hill.

I love a lot about this thing, but as a practical outdoorsman, there’s much I could live without. The reclined driving position isn’t great, and it puts the driver’s butt way too close to the ground. Not to mention the driver is unprotected from brush, rocks, and mud attacking from the side.

That said, there’s no denying the awesomeness of the Swincar. Don’t you wish you had one? Yeah, me too.

But for now, it’s just a concept vehicle. One can dream…
