NEW Springfield Armory SAINT SBR & Edge SBR

We are less than one week away from NRA Show 2018 held down in Dallas, Texas. What many gun enthusiasts know this means is more NEW firearms are about to be unveiled to the shooting industry. Its nearly the 2nd coming of Christmas (if there was such a joyous thing). Springfield Armory has begun to show us what they plan to exhibit with the announcement of 2 NEW Short-Barreled Rifles. They are the SAINT SBR and SAINT Edge SBR chambered in 5.56mm.

The SAINT SBR is a new iteration of their SAINT M-LOK Free-Float Handguard rifle in 5.56mm, but in a much smaller yet feasible package for close quarters. The SAINT SBR is as rock solid as its rifle counterpart and has an equally solid resume.

The SAINT Edge SBR kicks it up a notch even further when it comes to quality and durability.

Springfield Armory’s SAINT AR-15 series expands to include the SAINT EDGE SBR… For those looking for light, tight and quick-handling short-barreled rifle with top quality features throughout, the SAINT EDGE SBR with its lightweight billet-lower receiver is the ultimate hard use combat carbine.

The secret sauce, if you will, to this SBR is laying the foundation for tremendous quality with its billet lower receiver. Something that is usually received for custom shop firearms, both the Springfield Armory SAINT Edge rifle and now the SAINT Edge SBR employ the much stronger, lighter and aggressively attractive billet lower receiver.
