Savage Arms is expanding its popular AXIS 2 PRO rifle line with new Forest SP camo patterns and 6mm ARC chambering options. The upgraded rifle adds exclusive spiral-fluted barrels for the Forest SP models while maintaining its $639 price point.

Savage AXIS 2 PRO Gets New Forest SP Camo and 6 ARC
Key features of the new Forest SP camo models include:
- Spiral-fluted barrel for improved cooling and consistency
- Cerakote finished action
- User-adjustable AccuTrigger
- Threaded barrel
- One-piece optics rail
- Updated ergonomic bolt handle
- Thread-in head spacing
The 6mm ARC chambering joins eleven other caliber options including 22-250 Rem, 6.5 Creedmoor, and 350 Legend. This addition brings long-range precision capabilities with manageable recoil to the platform.
