SK Guns, the nation’s leading manufacturer of series-driven custom firearms, has initiated construction on its new headquarters in St. Augustine, Florida. The groundbreaking ceremony, held on New Year’s Eve, marks the beginning of an ambitious expansion project that will create a 20,000 square-foot state-of-the-art facility for the renowned custom firearm manufacturer.

SK Guns Begins Construction on 20,000 Square-Foot Florida Headquarters
The new complex will serve as both headquarters and distribution center for SK Guns and SK Customs, reflecting the company’s commitment to growth while maintaining its reputation for masterfully designed limited-edition firearms. The facility’s location in St. John’s County strategically positions SK Guns in a region known for its rich cultural heritage and supportive business environment.
Simon Khiabani, owner and founder of SK Guns, emphasized the company’s enthusiasm for its new location: “We are excited to be home here in St. John’s County. St. Augustine is a beautiful city with a rich culture and history. We are excited to continue our operation here in Florida, and give back to our new community through our SK Gives Back initiatives.”
The facility will also house the company’s philanthropic arm, SK Gives Back, which plans to expand its community involvement through partnerships with local 501(c)(3) organizations. The program has already scheduled its inaugural fundraising event for November 7, 2025, partnering with Kids and Clays to mark the facility’s completion.
Construction is expected to conclude in October 2025, establishing a new chapter for SK Guns, known throughout the industry for its unique approach to limited-edition firearm production. The company’s team of master engravers, expert finishers, historians, and master gunsmiths will continue their dedication to crafting “Uniquely Custom” firearms in this expanded space. The new facility represents both a physical expansion and a demonstration of SK Guns’ commitment to maintaining its position as the industry’s only series-driven custom, limited-edition firearms manufacturer.
