Uber Driver Kills Two-Gun-Wielding Carjacker

Miami area – A Florida Uber driver was reportedly forced to use his legally-carried handgun to defend himself and his passenger when a man carrying a pair of guns came at him.

While taking a passenger to the airport, the driver was cut off by a small van, which stopped in front of him, forcing him to stop. The van’s driver then jumped out and rushed towards the Uber driver’s vehicle, carrying two guns and pointing them at the man behind the wheel.

Fortunately, the Uber driver had his own gun and was smart enough to use it. Details were not provided in the news report, but the bottom line is that he shot and killed the crook who was threatening him.

Inside the van, a passenger hopped into the driver’s seat and sped away.

Chances are good that the Uber passenger missed his flight, but thanks to his driver, he lived to fly another day.

This is yet another example of why people should arm themselves anytime, anywhere. These folks were driving through a good neighborhood on their way to the airport when they were aggressively assailed. If the driver hadn’t been armed, they could both be dead today.

The Uber driver was not charged with any crime.

Get a gun. Learn to use it. Carry it.
