Stockpile Guns and Ammunition in 2017

If there was ever been a buyers market for firearms, magazines and ammunition, 2017 is the year. Here we are in 2017, have a friend of the 2nd amendment in the White House, GOP controls both houses of Congress, between 2008 and 2016 Democrats have lost over 1,000 state seats, and gun sales are down. Why?
In all honesty, gun sales should be booming. “Everyone”, who has ever thought about buying a firearm and stockpiling ammunition should take advantage of this buyers market. If anyone has ever wanted to stockpile firearms and ammunition, 2017 was the year to do it.
When it looked like Hillary was going to win the 2016 election, there was some panic buying, but not as bad as previous elections.
Would you like a reminder about what happened in previous years?
When Bill Clinton won the election in 1992, there was a rush to buy military style firearms and magazines.
January 1993, the month Bill Clinton was sworn into office, some of my buddies and I went to one of the large gun shows in Houston Texas. Before Bill Clinton was elected, the lines at the front doors of the gun show were usually one hundred to two hundred feet long. This time, the lines were over a hundred yards long. People were buying every military style weapon they could get their hands on.
There was another rush when the assault weapons ban was working its way through congress.
After Obama was elected, everything sold out.
Sandy Hook, everything sold out. Emphasis on “everything.” There was nothing to be had for months after Sandy Hook. There was no stockpiling because everything was sold out.
If it looks like anti-gun liberal Democrats will win seats in the 2018 mid-term elections, demand may spike. It does not have to be federal elections to drive demand, it can be state elections.
Are you going to wait until 2018 mid-terms, then start buying when prices inch upwards?
If you want to stockpile, do it now. Buy those magazines, rifles, grips, whatever you want. The honest truth, the market does not get much better than this.
