Watch: CZ P07 Reliability Test

The Military Arms Channel runs the CZ P07 through the gauntlet. The CZ P07 is unique in that the slide goes inside the guide rails rather than outside. Will this design help keep crud out of the handgun? We will have to watch the video to find out.

CZ P07 Specifications

From the CZ P07 web page:

  • Magazine Capacity: 15

Now for the video.

Personally, I thought the P07 did better than expected. Hammer-fired handguns have an issue with crud getting between the hammer and the slide, which can prevent the hammer from striking the firing pin.

As of June 6, 2017 the P07 is selling for less than $500. My personal opinion, that is a good price for the quality.

Even though CZ has been around for a long time, they never gained the popularity like what Glock, Beretta or Sig have done. Over the past decades, I have seen various CZ handguns, but have never considered buying one.
