Watch: Building a Teardrop Travel Trailer

Here we watch as a fellow builds a small homemade teardrop travel trailer. He says it took 52 days and about 250 hours!

There’s not a lot of “how-to” in this video, but it can be interesting to watch something come together — especially from scratch. Especially when he’s doing stuff like putting up t6he walls and front/roof, building an interior cabinet, or creating the kitchen storage area in the rear of the trailer.

Building the rear door was also kinda nifty.

His creative way of “clamping” the siding (formica?) made me smile.

The results ain’t bad. Not exactly the Ritz, but it sure beats sleeping in a tent.

What do you think of this camper?
