The NEW Rustic Nomad 32 and Recon 32 gun safes can store in the neighborhood of 8 – 19 long guns. The “32” model number actually corresponds with the gun safes’ exterior width (not firearm capacity). The Rustic Nomad 32 and Recon 32 are meant to provide gun owners with “security, versatility and American-made quality for hunters, shooters, and firearm collectors.”

Shakopee, Minnesota (July, 2023) – What sets Steelhead Outdoors’s modular gun safes apart is their ease of mobility and assembly. Unlike traditional safes that often require hiring specialized moving companies, Steelhead Outdoors’s safes can be moved and assembled by just two people, eliminating costly or dangerous DIY misadventures.
The patent-pending construction of the Steelhead Outdoors safes features a dual-stage fire protection system that does away with the need for dehumidifiers. A radiant heat reflecting coating rejects incoming heat, and the metal interior, made from nearly 100 percent nonflammable materials, provides added protection. The ceramic fire insulation used in the panels is rated to withstand temperatures of up to 2300 degrees, ensuring optimal security for precious firearms.
