NEW Colt Python Models Touting Hogue Grips & Bead Blast Stainless

If you love yourself some good ol’ Colt double-action goodness, we have great news for you because they have announced three new models of Colt Pythons recently. Now, you can get their 6″, 4.25″, and 3″ Colt Python revolvers with factory installed Hogue grips and a bead blast stainless finish. The rest of the accoutrements and aesthetic we have come to know and love all remain the same.

The MSRP for all of the new Colt Python models are set at $1,299. This makes these new revolvers $200 cheaper than their predecessors by going to a more economical bead blast stainless finish (versus a high polish stainless) and switching out to a rubber Hogue grip (versus a cut checkered walnut grip). Following the extraordinary success of the Python reintroduction, we are excited to announce a new Python Series with a stainless bead blast finish and Hogue grips. This series will include all the standard barrel lengths.

Unfortunately, Colt is not great about updating their website so you will not be able to search for these new revolvers there. If you approach a Colt retailer though, they should be able to place an order for these variations of Pythons if you feel the need to add one to your collection.
